Recommendations

There are a lot of great organizing products out there. Here are some of my favorites. I’ve used all of them and can recommend them with confidence. (Please note that most of these are affiliate links…I get a commission if you click on the link and make a purchase.)

Ancestry.com – If you want to research your family history this user-friendly site is a great place to start. It’s full of information, including censuses, birth, death and marriage records and much more. It’s a great aid in organizing your family history.

ExactMade custom shelf liners – If you’d like a shelf liner that doesn’t bunch and that’s easy to remove for cleaning, ExactMade (formerly ExactMats) is a great solution. You send in the measurements and they send you shelf liners that fit perfectly. They also sell clear mats you can use for a variety of purposes (like under your dog’s water dish) and car mats.

Freedom Filer — My favorite filing system, this easy-to-use and attractive filing system emphasizes ease of use. It’s designed to be self-purging and maintenance free.

Moo — This printing company makes high-quality cards, business cards and other printed products. They’re stylish, user-friendly and you can upload multiple designs and images to use within one order. (Why should all your business cards look the same as one another?)

SHOW OFF! Design a portfolio in your pocket!

Paper Culture — I order my holiday cards every year from this environmentally focused company that produces high-quality cards with options for using your own photos or their artist-designed formats. They plant a tree for every order and all of their products are made with sustainable materials.

Personalized Cards for Every Occasion
Shannon Wilkinson — My life coach, podcast co-host and friend, Shannon’s played a big part in the success of Peace of Mind Organizing. Simply put, she’s helped me get past emotional barriers and figure out what I’m really after. If you’re in the market for a life coach, you can’t beat her.
