I’m tickled pink to congratulate my employee of four years, Beth Hunyar, on becoming a Certified Professional Organizer®. She passed the rigorous exam yesterday.

I am very proud to have gone through the Level III certification program from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (back then it was called the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization) and earned the credential Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization®. Back in 2009, when I first earned the credential (I recertified this fall), I wrote a blog post about it, called Why training and credentials matter.

I joined the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), in 2005. It was one of the first things that I did when I decided to start my business.

I don’t like to brag, truly, but I’m really proud of some credentials I’ve attained recently and I want to share. I’m in the process of updating my website, and the new credentials will be a permanent fixture there, but in the meantime, I’ll post it here.
